The Vice President will report directly to the President & CEO and will be responsible for strategically leading efforts to improve safety performance within the energy sector. This role will involve engaging with industry leaders to enhance collaboration, innovation, and best practices in safety. Internally, the VP will oversee three key areas: Safety Centre of Excellence, Industry Development & Support, and Safety Audits & Certifications. By aligning these functions, the VP will promote collaboration, deliver impactful solutions through analytics and field audits, and develop best practices to solidify the organization's position as a leading authority in energy sector safety.The ideal candidate for this role is a dynamic organizational leader with a strong background in partnership building, extensive operational experience in the energy industry, a wide network within the sector, and a genuine passion for advancing safety.
