Description

The ideal candidate for this position must have a Masters Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a Juris Doctor, as well as a minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, labor, or legal roles, with at least 7 years in leadership positions. They should have a deep understanding of strategic HR and labor relations, as well as demonstrated skills in organizational assessment, planning, and strong business acumen.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing relevant functions within the organization, providing leadership and guidance to the HR team, and developing and implementing strategic initiatives to support the company's goals. They will also be expected to collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
