Our client is seeking a Vice President for Finance and Administration to serve as the chief business officer for the institution. Reporting directly to the President, the VPFA will oversee the financial, information, and physical resources of the college, including a budget of approximately $55 million, a student enrollment of 1,000, and a workforce of 375 benefit-eligible employees. Responsibilities include managing the capital renewal program, endowment, property and liability insurance, and non-financial business operations. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, significant fiscal management experience, and strong leadership skills, with a preference for experience in higher education.
