The Vice President for Finance and Administration (VPFA) is responsible for overseeing the financial leadership, strategic planning, and financial management of our client. This includes managing human, financial, and physical resources such as the budget office, human resource services, facilities management, information technology, and more. The VPFA will work closely with the President and other key stakeholders to develop innovative plans for resource diversification and secure a sustainable future for our client. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring operating and capital budgets from various funding sources. Reporting directly to the President, the VPFA plays a critical role in institutional planning, community partnerships, and advancing our client's presence in the region, state, and nation. They represent our client to the Board of Trustees and participate in various councils and organizations related to finance and administration in higher education. The successful candidate for this position must have a deep understanding of our client's mission and programs, a commitment to service, and the ability to work effectively within a shared decision-making environment.
