The Vice President of Finance and Operations will work closely with the President & CEO to provide strategic guidance and support to ensure the success of our client. This role will be responsible for overseeing financial management, operational efficiency, and organizational infrastructure to ensure that our client remains mission-driven, financially sustainable, and operationally effective. The VP will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support other areas within our client's Functional Framework to drive organizational growth and impact.As a senior leader, the VP of Finance and Operations will act as a key contributor to our client's success by providing thoughtful and forward-thinking leadership. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, this role will have organizational authority and serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO. The VP will play a critical role in ensuring that our client remains financially sustainable and operationally effective, while also supporting the organization's mission-driven approach.
