
This role is a great opportunity for a Registered Nurse with at least 5 years of senior leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have a Masters degree in Nursing or a combination of relevant education and experience, as well as current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario. They should have a strong understanding of legislation related to the hospital sector and excellent leadership and project management skills. Additionally, they should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a track record of successful interdisciplinary relationship building and implementing professional practice models.The successful candidate will have a broad clinical background and knowledge of health care delivery systems and regulations. They should also have a history of improving service delivery and a commitment to shared governance and decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will be a courageous risk taker and innovative leader with a vision for professional practice, nursing, and patient-centered care.
