The Vice President, Warehousing will report directly to the President of the Group and will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of warehousing operations across four line-haul terminals in Toronto, Moncton, Dartmouth, and St. Johns. This role will also involve managing client relations, including high-level account management services for the company's largest clients, and collaborating to identify new opportunities for expanding services and customer base. The Vice President will lead a team of over 200 employees in efforts to optimize people, processes, and technology to enhance the customer experience and ensure maximum efficiency in growing the business. Key responsibilities of the Vice President, Warehousing include efficiently managing terminals, overseeing logistics for storage, inventory management, and distribution operations, as well as owning warehousing P&L and budget management. The successful candidate will be tasked with identifying effective cost management practices, setting and tracking KPIs in alignment with corporate strategy, and managing critical customer relationships with larger accounts. Additionally, the Vice President will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards for compliance, safety, and continuous improvement, while leading the continued growth of the company's warehousing business.
