Description

The Vice President, Talent and Communications will be responsible for overseeing various functions including human resources, labor relations, workplace culture, strategic planning, internal and external corporate communications, and government and stakeholder relations at different levels. This role will focus on creating a workplace where all employees feel valued and empowered through efforts in employee engagement, human resource planning, leadership development, recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits, and labor relations. The VP will also be responsible for presenting HR and corporate culture strategies to the CEO and Board of Directors, leading internal and external communications efforts, cultivating relationships with industry partners and government officials, and facilitating organization-wide strategic planning processes.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management, communications, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on innovation and accountability. They will be able to lead the HR and communications teams to create forward-looking solutions that drive organizational success. The VP will need to have experience in areas such as DEIA, succession planning, and labor relations, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Overall, this role will play a crucial part in shaping and leading the strategic direction of the organization's talent management and communications functions to ensure a positive and engaging workplace culture.
