The Fixed Income team is seeking a candidate to lead the Real Estate Credit strategy, focusing on Credit assets within the commercial real estate sector. This individual will work closely with colleagues and senior team members to inspire and motivate a team of approximately fifty investment professionals to achieve growth, risk-return optimization, and value creation objectives. Collaboration and participation in leadership and portfolio management committees are key aspects of this role. The Real Estate Credit strategy will involve a wide range of financing opportunities in commercial real estate, including project development, stabilization projects, and stabilized assets across North America, Europe, and Australia. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, with a systemic and transversal vision of the organization, and the ability to mobilize their team towards collective success.
