The Vice-President, Programs and Partnerships will work closely with the President and CEO to develop and implement strategic initiatives to support the growth and success of our client's programs. This role involves overseeing the management and administration of a diverse portfolio of Canadian and international programs, ensuring they meet the needs of members and partners. The Vice-President will also represent our client at various national and international meetings, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and government officials to support the Canadian college community.In addition to managing programs and partnerships, the Vice-President will lead a team in driving change management initiatives to promote organizational sustainability and innovation in Canada's postsecondary sector. This role requires a dynamic and high-performing individual who can effectively lead and inspire a team to achieve strategic goals. The Vice-President will play a critical role in shaping the future direction of our client and supporting its mission to provide valuable educational opportunities for students in Canada and abroad.
