The Vice President of Child Welfare at our client will lead and administer program operations for the organization's statewide Child Welfare Services in accordance with our client's policies, strategic plan, and mission. This individual will represent our client to funders, social service organizations, and community groups, while also advocating for local community needs to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Social Work degree and experience in a social work or human services setting, with a commitment to promoting high-quality services and incorporating best practices in child welfare.
The Vice President will be a strategic and innovative leader who will develop and implement a forward-looking plan for child and family welfare functions at our client. This individual will focus on outcomes, transparency, and community empowerment, while also building strong relationships with program participants, staff, and community partners. The VP will embody the values and mission of our client, inspiring others to advance the well-being of children and families and disrupt systemic inequalities. The salary range for this role is $140,000 - $150,000.
