The Vice President, Business Administration - Construction role is a newly created position reporting to the CFO of our client, a leading General Contracting Construction Company in Hickory, North Carolina. This individual will be responsible for managing the Corporate Back Office function, collaborating with Executive Leadership to drive organizational change and growth, and ensuring strategic and financial goals are met. The role involves working closely with the CFO and executive team to develop and execute business strategies, analyze financial and operational data, oversee compliance, and lead the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field, with 8+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in business administration within the construction or related industry. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and analytical skills are required, along with knowledge of compliance requirements, financial management principles, and contract administration processes.
