The Vice President of Administration and Operations (VPAO) will be responsible for managing various departments within the College, including Finance, Construction Services, Facilities and Operations, Information Technology, and retail functions. Reporting directly to the President, the VPAO will play a key role in ensuring fiscal soundness and efficiency across these departments. This position will involve overseeing the Business Office, Construction Services, Sustainability, Facilities and Operations, and Student Accounts, all of which are crucial in supporting the needs of both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in financial management and operations, with experience in overseeing multiple departments simultaneously. They will be expected to lead by example and model best practices in fiscal responsibility and operational efficiency. The VPAO will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to improve processes and streamline operations, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the College.
