The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the sales strategy, managing a team of sales professionals, building strong client relationships, conducting market analysis, and driving new business development initiatives. Strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking, financial acumen, negotiation skills, and a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field are also required.
