We are seeking Lay Trustees to join our Board, specifically looking for candidates with expertise in finance, legal, and/or NHS leadership. The ideal candidates will have proven leadership experience in their respective fields, the ability to think strategically and work collaboratively, and a strong understanding of corporate governance and board responsibilities. It is preferred that at least one candidate has experience overseeing digital and cyber risks from a corporate perspective.Successful candidates will be effective communicators who can challenge ideas respectfully and have a knack for understanding and evaluating complex issues. They should also possess independence, integrity, and a commitment to upholding the values of Courage, Innovation, Respect, Collaboration, Learning, and Excellence.
