The client is seeking a Director for their Voluntary Board of Directors with legal expertise, as one of their current Directors with legal experience is retiring. The Board currently consists of Directors with various relevant experiences such as Governance, Organisational Development, PR, Quality Assurance, HR, Community, Compliance, and Childcare. The client, established in 2001, aims to ensure that early childhood is valued and respected, providing high-quality childcare to all children and families in Kildare. They are a registered charity funded by the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth/ Pobal, with a staff of 7 full-time and one part-time member.
