Our client is implementing a new governance structure following a vote by 95% of its members at the 2024 Annual General Meeting. The changes are in line with the values of our client and the Charity Governance Code of 2020, aiming to elevate the standards of Good Governance. The new Board of Trustees will be the central governing body of our client, consisting of a Chair and 11 members with a mix of member and independent roles. This will be a skills-based Board, ensuring a diverse skillset to effectively lead our client into the future.The new Board of Trustees at our client will play a crucial role in guiding the organization towards its goals and objectives. With a focus on Good Governance, the Board will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of our client and ensuring that it remains aligned with its values and mission. The diverse skillset of the Board members will be instrumental in making informed decisions and driving the organization forward in a sustainable and impactful manner.
