
The Transformation Director role is newly created to support the MD and senior leadership in driving business transformation within a large business unit. Responsibilities include leading a diverse team, defining operating models, structures, processes, and systems. The role will involve overseeing large-scale transformation programs, smaller change initiatives, business readiness, governance, risk management, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Transformation Director with a strategic mindset, experience partnering at the C-suite level, leading cross-functional teams, and implementing complex technology and system changes. The role requires working in a large, complex business environment, ideally listed and/or regulated. This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering and embedding change within the client's organization.
