This remote sales role covers the Boston MetroWest, North Shore, and Worcester areas of Massachusetts, offering significant career and earnings growth opportunities in the long term. Reporting to the owner and VP of Sales, the position involves meeting individual account sales objectives through quoting, closing, market research, and performance measurement. The role requires a self-directed, disciplined, and organized individual with a focus on new business development, as well as attending monthly in-office sales meetings.
Responsibilities include achieving individual and group sales objectives, collaborating with the sales team, developing market intelligence files, attending sales meetings, and preparing new business proposals. The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in selling facilities services, own a car and driver's license, and be offered a competitive compensation package including a base salary of $80,000 to $90,000, total compensation of $100,000 to $200,000, mileage reimbursement, 401k, PTO, autonomy, and career progression opportunities.
