
The Territory Manager for Medical Devices will be responsible for driving sales in the assigned district in Spain, where the client is looking to expand its presence. The ideal candidate will be based in Madrid or Barcelona, although other locations may be considered. The TM will work closely with customer decision makers to build relationships and drive sales, as well as proactively work on procurements and contribute to the client's vision and growth.
In addition to managing sales contracts and building relationships with key stakeholders, the Territory Manager will also lead improvement and target work related to the business. They will collaborate with Clinical Application Specialists in the district to ensure alignment with client goals and reconcile sales against budget targets. The TM will play a strategic role in the client's growth in Spain by developing processes and strategies to drive sales and meet objectives.
