
The T&OD Director will be responsible for creating and implementing a professional development strategic plan, collaborating with senior leaders to develop various training programs, and representing HR on committees and task forces. They will also be tasked with building recognition programs, preparing the workforce for organizational changes, and leading the talent and organizational development team. Successful candidates for this role will have a bachelor's degree and at least five years of relevant experience, with experience in higher education institutions being preferred. Certification such as SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR, or ATD is also preferred. The T&OD Director will play a key role in fostering belonging, enhancing employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness through various professional development initiatives.
