
This newly created position is seeking a B2B marketing leader to oversee global marketing for enterprise accounts within a growing professional services organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the global Strategic Customer marketing strategy to drive profitable growth. They will also work closely with global commercial and marketing teams to articulate the Strategic Customer value proposition and target audience personas, as well as develop client sourcing and customer strategies to meet sales lead and pipeline goals. Additionally, the role involves driving brand awareness, collaborating on global marketing programs, and leading and managing the Strategic Customer Marketing Team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing within global BPO, recruitment, or professional services organizations, with a proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns to achieve lead and pipeline goals. They should also have experience in developing client-driven strategies for enterprise-level customers, including account-based marketing programs.
