The successful candidate will work with business leaders to achieve HR goals, improve employee experience, and develop a talent strategy for the growing business. They will also analyze HR data, implement projects, and communicate with stakeholders to find effective solutions to talent management at all levels.
The ideal applicant will have HR generalist experience, project implementation skills, and proficiency in English and Japanese communication. Experience in a start-up or M&A environment is beneficial.
