
The Sr. Vice President of Human Resources (SVP of HR) will play a crucial role in providing strategic direction and oversight of the human resources function within the ministry. This individual will be responsible for developing and managing the ministry's people strategy, enhancing employee engagement, and driving ministry growth and effectiveness. The SVP of HR will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, providing vision and leadership for the Human Resources and Talent Management teams, and ensuring alignment with the overall mission and strategic goals of the ministry. Additionally, this role will involve overseeing compensation and benefits programs, talent management, HR operations, and global HR strategy to support the ministry's international operations and growth.The SVP of HR will also be responsible for providing strategic oversight to the Ministry Advisory Group (MAG), fostering a positive work environment that enhances employee engagement and satisfaction, and addressing and resolving employee relations issues in a manner that reflects Christian values. This individual will lead and manage direct reports, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their capabilities and foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Additionally, the SVP of HR will oversee the development and implementation of employee training and development programs, ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, and analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of HR operations, programs, and policies to support the ministry's overall goals and objectives.
