Stakeholder management is crucial for this role, as the Site Manager will need to update internal and external parties on performance. Maintaining site safety to required standards and achieving construction performance standards are key responsibilities. Providing clear instructions to contractor staff, maintaining good relationships with clients and key stakeholders, and mentoring the team are also part of the role. Planning, directing, and coordinating construction project activities, ensuring rational resource use and compliance with production standards and expectations are essential duties.
The successful candidate will have proven leadership skills and experience in team management, as well as experience in medium to long-term construction planning on a busy site.
