
The ideal candidate for this finance executive position will have experience leading in complex, unionized organizations and possess strong systems and business acumen. Strong communication skills are essential, as the candidate will need to confidently engage with an executive team and Board, articulate ideas clearly, and foster collaboration within the organization.Compensation for this position is based on a pay-for-performance philosophy, with a typical hiring range of $230,000 to $310,000 per year. The starting salary will be determined based on the candidate's skills, education, and experience.
