The Senior System Vice President (SSVP) is a key clinical leader responsible for overseeing the physician enterprise portfolio of healthcare assets across the Region. This includes managing ambulatory outpatient services, physician and APP engagement, academic partnerships, and other alternative healthcare delivery systems. The SSVP plays a crucial role in ensuring that the strategic direction and operations of the physician enterprise are aligned with the mission, vision, and values of our client, with a focus on improving quality, safety, and patient experience.As the accountable executive, the SSVP is tasked with driving clinical innovation and scaling clinical care to elevate the overall quality and safety of healthcare services. This position requires a strong leader who can effectively manage various healthcare assets, regardless of alignment model or care location, to create a connected patient experience. The SSVP will work to ensure that the Region's healthcare delivery systems are operating efficiently and effectively, while also fostering physician and APP engagement to support the organization's goals and objectives.
