
The Senior Tax Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of private client engagements, providing strategic tax planning advice, and offering advisory services on reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, and cross-border transactions. Working closely with the Tax Practice Leader, they will develop innovative tax strategies tailored to each client's unique needs to drive the firm's growth. Additionally, the Senior Tax Manager will foster a culture of continuous learning and mentorship within the Tax Team, guiding junior team members through complex tax engagements and promoting professional development.The ideal candidate for this role will have experience presenting or instructing on Canadian tax issues through the CPA In-Depth Tax course, as well as staying current on changes to Canadian tax laws and regulations. By participating in presentations and industry events, the Senior Tax Manager will contribute to the firm's thought leadership.
