The job involves managing and leading the operational and structuring functions of the Private Markets Funds platform for our client, a high-profile international private bank in London. Responsibilities include overseeing relationships with external Fund Managers and Administrators, as well as collaborating with internal stakeholders like Relationship Managers, Operations, Legal, Tax, and Compliance teams. The role also involves overseeing fund structuring, new product launches, pricing, reporting, distributions, and other daily processes globally, as well as collaborating with senior stakeholders on fund launches, new initiatives, and issue resolution processes.
The successful applicant will be an experienced financial services manager capable of leading internal and external teams of senior industry experts, addressing potential impacts to the Private Markets and Hedge Funds businesses, and designing and delivering the strategic agenda for the asset class. They will be responsible for developing innovative solutions to lead the Private Markets Funds business into new markets, channels, and clients within a fast-changing environment, ensuring delivery to clients in a secure and robust manner.
