A multinational retail company is seeking a bilingual Senior Manager II Procurement to join their team. Reporting to the Procurement Director in the US, the main responsibilities of this role include developing eAuction/Interactive Bidding strategies for complex sourcing projects, driving adoption of eAuctions across spend categories, evaluating category plans, and leading development of RFx documents. The successful candidate should have 3+ years of experience implementing and managing eAuction strategies, 5+ years of direct work experience in Procurement or Merchandising Category Management, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
The ideal candidate for this position should be a Civil Engineer or Commercial Engineer with proficiency in Spanish and English. They should have experience working in a global organization with diverse stakeholders, possess project management skills, and be able to work both independently and collaboratively.
