The News Literacy Project (NLP) is seeking a Senior Major Gifts Officer to join their team on the East Coast, preferably based in or near New York City. The organization is a nonpartisan education nonprofit dedicated to promoting news literacy in American society to create better informed and engaged individuals. The Senior Major Gifts Officer will report to the Senior Vice President of Development and will be responsible for managing a portfolio of major donors and prospects, cultivating relationships, and securing gifts to support NLP's organizational priorities. This role will also involve collaborating with senior leadership, developing donor engagement strategies, and organizing events to strengthen donor relationships.
