
A technology and infrastructure company is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their newly established in-house legal team. The role will involve providing expert legal advice on data privacy laws, developing and implementing data protection strategies, and drafting and negotiating data-sharing agreements. The successful candidate must have an unrestricted Victorian Legal Practicing Certificate, a tertiary legal qualification, and at least 8 years of PQE. They should also have strong knowledge of global data privacy laws, experience in drafting complex agreements, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
