
The Senior HR Business Partner role is with a market leader in the sales and commercial environment in APAC. Reporting to the Managing Director, the position will lead the Singapore and APAC people agenda, providing both operational and strategic focus in areas such as employee engagement, talent development, performance management, total rewards, and diversity and inclusion best practices. The successful candidate will have a track record of managing HR activities in Singapore and the region, with commercial acumen to provide high-quality people management solutions and guide regional leadership and global HR teams effectively.
The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced HR business partner with a solid generalist background and working knowledge of the cultural landscape in Singapore and other Asian countries. The position offers autonomy to make an impact in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region, supported by global HR teams.
