A successful mid-sized family-owned company with over 200 employees at multiple locations in Germany is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead the implementation and professionalization of innovative HR practices. Reporting directly to the management, the Senior HR Business Partner will be responsible for all aspects of HR, from strategic planning to recruitment and employee development. The role also involves advising and supporting management on HR and labor law matters, as well as promoting a modern, team-oriented leadership approach to motivate employees towards self-responsibility. Candidates should have relevant HR experience, including familiarity with HCM systems, and demonstrate strong communication skills, a structured work approach, and a high level of responsibility.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent qualification, along with a proven track record in various HR functions, including employment law.
