
The Senior Director position at Third Way involves leading the creation and operation of a Moderate Democratic Talent Bank to identify and promote exceptional candidates for various government positions. This role offers the opportunity to build a team, collaborate with our client executives, and play a key role in strengthening centrist Democratic infrastructure. Reporting to the President, the Senior Director will develop and execute strategies for the talent bank initiative.
The ideal candidate for this role will have substantial experience in talent acquisition, a passion for center-left politics, strong project management skills, and knowledge of federal government hiring practices. They should also possess creativity, an entrepreneurial spirit, a diverse network, and strong leadership abilities. The Senior Director must have at least five years of recruiting experience, a desire to contribute to our client's mission, and a commitment to making a difference in their role. A bachelor's degree is required, with a master's degree preferred.
