
The Senior Director of Human Resources at a privately held international operator of consumer services/retail locations reports directly to the CEO and oversees a team of four. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition and development, employee relations, organizational design, compensation and benefits, leadership pipeline, human capital reporting, and regulatory compliance.
