A premier global leader in the manufacturing industry located in the Midwest is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development & M&A to provide strategic and financial leadership for partnership development, mergers and acquisitions, and divestitures. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of M&A experience in a high-velocity environment, preferably in investment banking, private equity, or transaction services within the consumer/manufacturing sector.
The Senior Director will be responsible for leading all aspects of business development and M&A activities, including identifying potential opportunities, conducting due diligence, negotiating deals, and integrating acquired companies.
