The Senior Deputy Commissioner, Consumer-Driven Banking will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing our client's regulatory mandate for consumer-driven banking. This includes implementing, administering, overseeing, and enforcing the Consumer-Driven Banking Framework as outlined in the relevant acts. Responsibilities will also involve fostering consumer trust, promoting industry collaboration, and leading accreditation, supervision, and enforcement frameworks for entities participating in Canada's open banking system. Reporting directly to the Commissioner and being a member of our client's Executive Committee, this position will contribute to advancing financial literacy, protecting consumers, and ensuring fair market conduct in the evolving landscape of consumer-driven banking.
