This role will report to the Deputy General Counsel and involve providing support to the Prime Services and OTC businesses, advising on legal and regulatory matters, negotiating agreements, and staying current on regulatory trends. The successful applicant will have a JD from a top US law school, NY State Bar Admission, 5-8+ years of legal experience, and strong knowledge of US securities laws and financial regulations.
