
An international law firm with offices in the US, Europe, MENA, and Asia is seeking a candidate with 7+ years of relevant Business Development experience to join their team. Our client, with over 500 attorneys, is recognized for its representation of Fortune 500 companies and offers exciting career prospects. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business development efforts, collaborating with attorneys to develop individual business development plans, and leading, mentoring, and managing direct reports.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with demonstrated acumen to identify opportunities and support strategic initiatives, have effective communication skills, and experience with people management. The position is open to candidates in New York or Washington, DC, with a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week in-office, a 401k match program, and a competitive PTO package with rollover option.
