
The Senior Sales Executive position with a Nearshore Digital Engineering Services firm offers the opportunity to work remotely in any major metro market in the United States. The role involves driving revenue growth through hunting for new business opportunities and farming by upselling and cross-selling solutions to existing clients. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, building and maintaining strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact between clients and the company, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying current on industry trends. The ideal candidate will have experience selling digital engineering and custom software application development services, a proven track record in client relationship management, strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and a network of potential prospects in various verticals.
The successful candidate will be a passionate and energetic sales professional with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset. They should have a deep understanding of the sales process, be aggressive, persuasive, persistent, self-motivated, and productive. Strong time management skills, exceptional presentation and communication skills, and the ability to self-source leads and new business are also important. The compensation package includes a competitive base salary, bonus plan with accelerators, and an uncapped commission plan.
