As a key member of the team, you will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet revenue and growth targets, lead and mentor the industrial sales team, and build strong relationships with customers and suppliers. Additionally, you will stay informed on technological changes, market trends, and competitive pricing to identify and develop new products for the market.
The successful applicant will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or an Engineering discipline, with an MBA being a plus. A minimum of 15 years in sales and marketing, including at least 2 years in a sales leadership role, is required. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as a willingness to travel as needed, are essential for this role.
