The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and growing sales teams, experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with marketing teams to drive sales campaigns and brand awareness, a proactive and results-driven approach to sales, and strong analytical and forecasting skills to align with business goals and objectives.
