
The Sales Director Benelux position is with a growing international logistics company, responsible for developing and implementing the sales strategy within the Benelux region. Leading a team of 7, the focus is on new business development and further growth in the area, working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of contract logistics, reporting directly to the CEO.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy for the Benelux region, coaching and motivating the team to achieve goals, identifying new opportunities and market trends, building strong relationships with key customers, and exceeding sales targets through deal development and expansion of the customer base. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of commercial experience in a similar role within contract logistics in the Benelux, proven results in growing organizations through new business development, experience in setting up and implementing a sales strategy, and excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
