The Sales Director position in Malaysia involves developing and implementing business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the data centre industry. The role requires direct Data Centre sales experience and will focus on both Enterprise and Hyperscale sales. Responsibilities include identifying and targeting new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients in the colocation, cloud, enterprise, and telecommunications sectors. The Sales Director will also be responsible for building and managing a robust sales pipeline, tracking and reporting on potential leads, opportunities, and sales targets.
Additionally, the Sales Director will be expected to establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to develop strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the data centre industry and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. This role is based in Kuala Lumpur and offers the opportunity to work with a leading Data Centre developer and operator in Southeast Asia.
