This role offers a fantastic career opportunity to build a regional business from the ground up, with the potential for future progression into a Managing Director or General Manager role. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, fostering client relationships, achieving sales targets, and representing the company at industry events. They must have experience in selling digital technology solutions, closing medium-enterprise size deals, and developing effective sales strategies.
The ideal candidate will have an SME, entrepreneurial mindset, experience in the BFSI, life sciences, or healthcare sectors, and a track record of YOY growth in sales. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, as well as a deep understanding of the UK and European markets. This role requires the candidate to be based in the United Kingdom and have a Ltd business setup or third-party payroll support.
