Our client, a growing company in the financial services sector, is seeking a Head of ESG and Impact to strategically lead high-impact initiatives with a focus on sustainability and social responsibility goals. Reporting to the board and working closely with operations, this role will play a crucial role in achieving impact commitments. Responsibilities include evaluating ESG projects, drafting reports highlighting ESG and impact aspects, supporting subsidiaries and partners in defining ESG-oriented strategies, coordinating ESG initiatives, promoting innovation for high-impact projects, and preparing annual impact reports.
The successful candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in ESG issues, impact assessment, and measurement, along with strong analytical, synthesis, and writing skills. Fluency in French and English is required, with international experience being a plus.
