This includes collaborating with consultants to understand client requirements, developing search strategies, identifying target companies and individuals, and conducting initial screenings with candidates. The successful candidate must have previous experience in research, sourcing, or recruitment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
