Queenwood is looking for a Registrar to oversee admissions and enrolment processes, focusing on attracting students who align with the school's mission and values. The Registrar will be the main point of contact for prospective families, guiding them through the admissions journey and ensuring a welcoming experience. Reporting to the Chief of Advancement, this role involves leading all aspects of admissions, from initial inquiries to enrolment confirmations, and developing enrolment strategies.The Registrar will need to be a strategic thinker capable of building and executing recruitment plans, fostering relationships with feeder schools, and utilizing innovative communication tools to enhance outreach efforts. Organizing events such as open days, school tours, and information sessions will also be part of the role, creating memorable experiences for prospective families. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, the Registrar will promote Queenwood's values and offerings across various platforms to ensure cohesive messaging.
