The Regional Transport Director CEE will be responsible for developing and implementing a transport strategy for the Central and Eastern European region. This role involves managing all aspects of transport operations, including planning, execution, and performance, to ensure efficiency and cost optimization. The successful candidate will need a deep knowledge of logistics and transportation, as well as strong leadership skills to drive operational excellence and growth.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in transportation and 5+ years in a leadership role. They should have a strong grasp of transport operations, proven success in developing and implementing transport strategies, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and preferably one CEE language is required.
